Story Time Children
Okay, so last night was a story in it self. Kelly ended up spending the night at my crib... again. We didn't crash until about quarter of tweleveish, due to the fact we were up outside making smores until about eleven. Anyway, around 10:30, a couple of hoodlums were breaking into cars around my neighborhood, and Kel and I were siting outside making smores, oblivious as to what was going on. So, while we were sleeping my dad came in and was talking to us and said " The cops are outside, there are two people breaking into cars". Seeing I was out, all I heard was "There are two people breaking in". I flew out of my bed, shut the windows and locked them, and slammed my room door and locked it, then sat in my bed and kinda dozed off. Kelly rolled over on her little "cot", and was all like: "What kind of dream did you just have". So I really believed I was dreaming. And I started to tell her about it, when I heard walkie talkies. hahahahahahahha, I was like "HOLY SHIT, THIS ISN'T A DREAM", and I wentoutside to find my dad and neighbors talking to the cops. They had found one kid anmd were still looking for the other one. Let's just end it this way: We didn't get like any sleep last night, and I have no idea whether they have found the other kid or not. LOVELY.

Dreams flipped?
When I was younger I was set on being an orthodontist. This was my dream for at least five years of my childhood life up until I was about 12 years old. I was set on it. I even drew these crazy sketches of the progress of peoples teeth with braces when I was about nine years old. Then I got my braces and became even more interested in it. I even took the "track" of classes this year that would get me toward achieving my goal of going to a fantastic college for dentistry. This past summer, however, my dream changed drastically. I became fascinated with fame. Singing, acting, broadcasting. I wanted to be the next Ryan Seacrest! I wanted to take drama at my school, but it was a musical they were doing. I am fully aware that my singing voice isn't strong at all, so I didn't even attempt to try out. I wasn't ready to be shut down. I wanted to do this Disc Jockey program at one of the local colleges around where I live. My parents called and called and called trying to get me in there. There was no reply. I thought, well, isn't this great. To this day I still have an interest in broadcasting and acting, and I have been told that I'd be good at it. I enjoy speaking, and making people laugh. When I get older, I really want to go to a broadcasting school somewhere in either Boston, New York, or Los Angeles. You may not think that I am capable of doing this madness, but I do believe that I can. I will work my ass off to achieve my goals. I want people to know my name, to know who Katey Rodzen is, and to be able to spell it right. I think I can do it. And there is no one stopping me. From here on out, I will do EVERYTHING in my power to accomplish these goals. Sure there will be obstacles and roadblocks along the way, but I have two supportive parents that will be able to help me knock them down. Dreams, are you ready for me?

Friday's are gold.

So today was Friday. Love me some Friday's. School went absolutely fantastic, and there is only a few weeks of it left! Whooooooozaaaaa! After school I went to Starbucks with Juliiiiie!!! I danced in the middle of the street like a fool, and I totally got egged on, it was marvelous! Then a little later, we hung out with some hoods. 11 to be exact. It was beautiful. Black was even there. Splendid. Then we shoved some McDonalds in our gullets, I definitely got a happy meal with a mermaid toy. Thrrrriiilllled. :) We made our normal Friday trip to Shwal. Yess, I call Walmart Shwal. Icecream was also devoured. Anyway, I just wanted to say, I LOVED today. It was how life should be. :)

Burnt.
WHEW. I have had one hell of a weekend. The first two days of May were definitely superb!!! I did, however, get my first sunburn of the year. Arrrrgh. I soaked up the sun for about 7 hours over the past two days, and now I look like a tomato. It feels like the sun jumped inside of me. I burn. All over. Well, not really all over. In freaking blotches. Let's just put it this way, areas that shouldn't be burned, are. Yes my friends, that is the verdict. Hopefully it will fade into an even tan, and I won't end up looking like a cow. :] Anyway, I hope that you all had glorious weekends. Katey out for now.
